About Us
We have been a DogWatch® dealer since 1996. We proudly service Charlotte and the surrounding area.
We have .5 acres in South Charlotte and a yellow lab. I did the comparisons, looked at reviews, did the cost analysis and finally determined we'd give DogWatch a chance. We considered a wooden fence- but the cost with an invisible fence turned out to be A LOT less. We looked at competitors- and then saw other reviews about how the set-up and service is better- they were all right.
The product and level of customer service we have experienced with DogWatch has been absolutely incredible. Not only has our dog never gotten out following the install, but as I mentioned the cost was extremely reasonable given the size of our lot. However, I believe the service is what sets them apart--world class in this day and age. Give them a look if you are in the market, and if your experience is anything like ours, you'll be happy you did.
