Here are the answers to some of our most commonly asked questions about starting a DogWatch Dealership. If you have a question that we have not answered, send us an email or give us a call!
There are many reasons. Most importantly:
- DogWatch makes the best pet containment and training products available. Our Hidden Fences incorporate features not available from other suppliers, and we stand behind our products. In recognition of our technologically advanced products and reputation for quality, we have been recognized as a Consumers’ Digest Best Buy™ each year since 1998.
- The DogWatch Dealer program is unmatched in focus and commitment. Our highest priority is making sure our Dealer network has what it needs to be successful.
DogWatch is not a franchise. There are no franchise fees or royalty payments. As a DogWatch Dealer you will simply purchase equipment from DogWatch.
You will need training (which we provide), an opening order to get you started, an appropriate vehicle and some basic equipment. A storefront is not required. There are no franchise fees or other royalty or "ownership" fees.

DogWatch Dealers come from a wide range of backgrounds. Many DogWatch Dealerships are owned and operated by couples who both actively participate in the business. Many Dealerships are owned by women. Our Dealer network is comprised of young "go-getters" and recent retirees looking for a business opportunity . . . and everything else in-between.

All new Dealers attend a DogWatch University training seminar at our Natick, Massachusetts headquarters. In addition, new Dealers receive on site support from a company representative.
A comprehensive Sales & Marketing support program including Cooperative Advertising and sales incentives will help you build your business.
Yes. You’ll be appointed to develop a specific Authorized Sales Area.
