Rick is amazing!! Truly amazing customer service from start to finish. The team knows how to train/handle dogs and did well managing both my older dog (7 years) and younger puppy (1 year). The focus really is on training and they provide you with all the information you need to make the fence successful. If for some reason things aren't working out, Rick is a quick phone call away and very accessible to provide advice and solutions - if you need an in person refresh they will come to your house for that as well. I am also a gardener and managed to break the fence within the first month and Rick's team was out fixing it the same day that I reached out. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
