This letter is long overdue. I wish to express my complete and total satisfaction with my Dog Watch system installed by A Breeze [Hidden Fences] in March of this year. I live right on South Lowes Creek Road which supports all manner of traffic from vehicles and motorcycles to bikers, joggers and walkers, so I needed a reliable and cost-effective way to allow my standard poodle-mix freedom while giving peace of mind to me and my wife. Our Dog Watch Hidden Fence system has done all that and more.

As a consumer, my expectations were especially high, because I owned and managed the franchise for Invisible Fencing brand pet containment systems in NW Wisconsin in the late1980’s and 90’s. I am delighted with all aspects of my recent purchase, installation and performance of my Dog Watch system and can with recommend it without reservation.

Pricing was straightforward. Installation was professional and timely. Performance of the electronics has been superior. I highly recommend Dog Watch Hidden Fence systems and A Breeze [Hidden Fences].

I just had my new  DogWatch fence installed and I am looking forward to enjoying our dogs in a less imprisoned environment.

I called Tony on October 4 and left a message. He returned my call within the hour. I found his information while doing research online for an invisible fence. Even though I was primarily looking for the telephone or contact inforamtion for the name brand company "Invisible Fence", I was surprised to see another competitor. I filled out all the online forms on the "Invisible Fence" web site to request a quote and ask a sales rep to contact me.

During our conversation, Tony provided all the information I was looking for. He even advised me to contact Digger's Hotline because the waiting period may be quite lengthy due to the late season. Following his advice, Diggers Hotline gave me the official "go ahead" to have my invisible fence installed by October 12. As you may know, this is only good for 10 days and I would have to call again if the fence could not be installed within that grace period. I called Tony and he installed my new fence on October 13.

I was so pleased with his manner, professionalism and knowledge of not only his product, but that of his competitor's products. He undertoos my need to have this fence instlled fast! Our two new puppies had become escape artists in short order.

The gentlemen who installed it were also very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend their services. The real kicker is, I still have not received one phone call or email from Invisible Fence to see how could service my needs.

Tony: Wow! Thank you very much. This has worked wonderfully. And, you were right that once he learned one area, I moved it to another and he never tried to go into the first area again, even though the transmitter is not there! I should have tried this long ago!

This is a letter of recommendation for your DogWatch services. I was frustrated and disappointed with the Invisible Fence people who had installed our fence. We had been having problems with our fence for months and our dogs were leaving the property. The Invisible Fence people were slow, they couldn't solve the problems and they couldn't get the fence fixed; and they didn't show up when we needed them. When I called you, you came the next day to look at the problem. You said you could get us straightened out and you told me you'd have it done the same week. You did everything you said you would and you did it in the time frame that you told us that you would. We very much appreciate your good and timely work and I am happy to recommend your services to anybody considering installing a hidden dog fence.
